This page explains what we keep when you book a trip or contact us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you book a fishing charter or send a message, we keep your name, email address, phone number, fishing experience level, and the details of your trip request.
Our site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
Trip details and booking confirmations stay with us during your time with us and for a reasonable period after. Records tied to your fishing charter or boat tour are kept longer, because we may need to look them up for safety or scheduling.
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the services that help us run our guided tours, and only the part they need to do their job.
Access is limited to the people who need it, and anything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
The site sets a small number of cookies. Which ones, and how to switch them off, is set out separately.
If anything here changes we will update this page along with the date at the top.
