These terms cover the use of this site and any fishing trip, guided tour, or river trip booked or reserved through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own use. Please do not copy them for resale or present the trips offered here as your own.
A request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a finished booking. A reservation is confirmed once we have agreed the date, the party size, the trip type and pricing in writing.
We take a limited number of fishing trips and outdoor travel adventures each season. If we cannot accommodate your group well, or cannot schedule your preferred dates, we will say so rather than overcommit.
Prices are confirmed before any booking is locked in, and a deposit is usually agreed to secure your spot. The balance falls due before your fishing guide trip begins.
Water conditions, wildlife sightings and weather vary from trip to trip, and photographs cannot capture that exactly. Those natural variations are part of each adventure, not a fault.
We confirm each boat tour once it is cleared for safe operation. If conditions change or a trip must be postponed, we will work with you to reschedule. If you cancel within our stated window, we will refund or issue a welcome offer credit.
A fishing charter or guided tour booked to your own specifications cannot be cancelled for a refund unless it is due to our error, since it was reserved for you alone.
The photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to the studio. Ask before reusing them and we will usually say yes.
We stand behind what we make and will put right anything that is our fault. We are not responsible for damage caused by ordinary wear, misuse or accident.
If anything here changes we will update this page along with the date at the top.
Anything you are unsure about can go through the contact page, and we will answer plainly.
